​How Do I Place An Order?
Visit my shop page found in the "Shop" tab. If you are interested in a custom order visit the "Custom Orders" tab to fill out a request/get a quote.

Payment and Shipping
Payment through my website is accepted. If you have any issues with payment please contact me at splurgeworthydesigns@gmail.com
Items that are made to order/customized generally take me 2-3 weeks to ship depending on demand. Items that are ready for purchase generally ship in 2-5 days. I make everything by hand and depending on order volume, shipping may fall out of these time frames on some occasions.

What kind of products do you sell?

I sell wire-wrapped gemstone jewelry, crystal crowns, runes, pendulums, and various other things. Custom orders are my specialty! I make most of my inventory to order so it is the perfect size, color, and stone(s) that my customer wants.
I like to say "If you can dream it, I can probably make it!"

​Returns & Refund Policy

Items that are custom-made/made to order are not accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All other items are eligible for return if you contact me within 7 days of receiving them. Refunds are available if you ship the item back within 14 days of receiving it.

"Are your gemstones real?"
The short answer is "Yes". Whatever the stone is listed as is what it is. I will always list if a stone is just glass, composite, or plastic in the description. I like using genuine gemstones due to the potential properties they possess.

"How do I pick a gemstone?"
​
There are a few ways to answer this question. You can pick a stone based on your birth month, your preference for color and appearance, or based on the potential properties they possess. Most available stones are always listed within the listing (not all stones are available for each type of jewelry, contact me to double-check if I have anything that isn't listed). All stones carried are listed in the "Crystal Properties" tab if you would like to learn more about crystal properties. You can also learn more about stones and their associated properties in the "Chakra" tab.
